Co‑Owner & CEO
Omer is a co‑owner & CEO at Magma. He has for years been engaged in income‑generating real estate and marketing new residential projects. He is signed on marketing deals amounting to thousands of residential units, is appreciated by the major development companies in the real‑estate world, and brings around 18 years of industry acquaintance. From the beginning he specialised in guiding private and public companies in project marketing, advancing and managing urban‑renewal projects (evacuation‑construction and TAMA 38 frameworks). Omer feels a sense of a mission to build the country, with commitment to residents’ quality of life, and he is devoted to his clients and to operating with integrity. He believes the real‑estate world must be driven at a new, dynamic and youthful pace, and he brings fresh energy to the real‑estate market.
Shmuel Lehav Zalmanovitch
Co‑Owner & CEO
Shmuel is a co‑owner & CEO at Magma, holds a B.A. in Business Administration and is a certified mediator by the Ministry of Justice. He has extensive experience in residential real‑estate marketing and development specialising in the urban‑renewal domain. Shmuel has proven successful in organising and professionally guiding residents, alongside finding and initiating TAMA 38 projects up to major evacuation‑construction complexes. Together with the company team he guides over 2,000 residents, emphasising forming committees, transparency, a well‑organized and participative process, and personal service. Today he is one of the most prominent field people in the domain. Shmuel believes in the ability to advance quality of life and a new residential experience for families in Israel.
Zohar Shriki
Partner & Director of Jerusalem Area
Zohar is a native of the capital, returned to Israel with his family after over a decade and a half of activity in the management and commerce world in England. Since his return, he specialised in the real‑estate market and acquired practical experience and broad knowledge in leading diverse roles independently and providing service to construction companies and developers including sales, management and marketing of residential projects, commercial space, luxury apartments and evacuation‑construction complexes. Zohar serves in the company as Sales & Business Development Director in the Jerusalem area.
David Sanders

David is a recent Oleh from the United States, having spent over 20 years of his career in large global companies leading operations and service teams. With an MBA in Finance and Technology & Operations, he has a breadth of knowledge and experience that he uses to bridge communication gaps and find creative solutions to complex problems.
